Stephen A. Lollis Jr. serves as the President and CEO of Knights Circle Solutions, leading the organization with a clear mission—deliver uncompromising safety and peace of mind through disciplined, professional protection services. With more than twenty years in the security industry, he brings a tactical mindset and operational precision to every engagement.
As a proud U.S. Army Veteran, Stephen served as a Staff Sergeant (SSG), where he developed the leadership, decision-making, and field expertise required to manage high-risk environments. His military foundation continues to shape the culture of Knights Circle Solutions, embedding values of honor, accountability, and mission-focused execution into every layer of the company.
Stephen holds certifications as a Level IV Personal Protection Officer (PPO) and Level III Commissioned Security Officer in the state of Texas. He also holds a Texas PSB Qualified Manager Certification. He also holds His deep understanding of security protocols and state regulations allows him to operate confidently in complex and evolving threat environments.
Under his leadership, the company operates on a philosophy often referred to as the “Grey Man” approach a balance of professionalism and discretion. This ensures clients receive visible strength when needed, while maintaining a low-profile presence that respects privacy and minimizes attention.
